Pathways to Empowerment serves two types of consumers in the behavioral health community.

1- Individuals seeking a counselor and recovery coach for problems with mood, relationships, gambling and addictions.

2- Professionals in a therapeutic helping role seeking effective skills and confidence  in a health & behavioral health setting.

President of Pathways to Empowerment, Debra Neal is a licensed clinical professional counselor, KCGC II, NPCG II, and CRADC II who has a strong commitment to serving others with commitment, passion,and proven counseling interventions.

Located in the Kansas City Area, Pathways to Empowerment works with individuals and organizations across national and global boundaries.
